About Syaiful Alim

For almost the last fifteen years, I have worked in managing several projects funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), BANK DUNIA, and the Australian Government - Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). I have advanced knowledge in developing scope, keeping projects on track, delivering results on time, complying with and implementing standard procedures implemented by the office. Apart from working on project management. I also work socially in organizing, advocating and strengthening the capacity of marginalized/marginal groups in vulnerable groups, namely women's groups, youth groups and groups of people with disabilities who have obstacles in accessing services and problems in the field of law enforcement to combat them. for the sake of justice and upholding democratization and human rights. In other sectors, I actively carry out policy advocacy based on strategic issues that are considered important for the attention of the central and regional governments and no less important is carrying out advocacy to influence policy makers or stakeholders in formulating programs starting with the planning and budgeting process which aims to ensure every Regional Government program is in accordance with its targets and objectives.
