About Sylvie Castrec

After 5 years in a multicultural environment discovering the operational functions of different companies, I started as a training manager in the field of human resources. I then chose to turn to the function of Career Development (creation) having set up and developed the Recruitment Department. The expansion and reinvention of the InVivo Group, its businesses and its ambition allowed me to focus on Recruitment, with a new approach, in a multicultural business. InVivo, a leading French agricultural cooperative group, combines 223 cooperatives which represent 300 farmers in France and accounts for more than 50 % of the sales of all the French agricultural and food-processing cooperatives. The group intends to play a major role in structuring and developing the agricultural and food-processing sectors in France and on the international stage. An ambition expressed in the Corporate Development Plan "2025 by InVivo". To increase its efficiency and achieve its ambitions, the group has reorganized its businesses in four big activities- Agriculture (Agro-ecology; Grains; Seeds)- Animal nutrition and Health- Consumer and food-processing distribution-Wine Discover our General Public activities and our brands: Gamm Vert garden centers and Frais d’Ici, a new concept of food retailing.
