Led enterprise-wide initiatives that redefined contract strategy, strengthened customer partnerships, and delivered measurable results across multi-billion dollar revenue streams. Serving as Vice President of Contract Strategy and Deal Formation for the U.S. and Canada, I lead a high-performing team managing more than 2,400 contracts tied to nearly 80 % of company revenue. I designed and scaled a center of excellence that transformed our negotiation framework, increasing the contribution margin by 4.1 % and supporting a $9.7 B revenue engine with a 12.4 % compound annual growth rate. Beyond operational leadership, I am committed to coaching talent and empowering others to lead with purpose and intent.
