About Taina Jorda

Taina JC, M.A, is the Chief Operating Officer to celebrity Dr. Ben Johnson, as well as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, nutritionist, wellness expert, educator, free spirit, adventurer and a lifestyle ninja. She is a lover of travel, good food, art, yoga, spirituality, fitness, music that makes your hips dance and your heart sing, the new and different and all things awesome. Taina received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is Board Certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She was also a Zumba Fitness as well as an Aqua Zumba instructor and leads a very active lifestyle. Taina leads workshops in both Spanish and English on health, nutrition, holistic living, and offers group and individual coaching to people who want to lose weight, manage stress, increase balance, joy, peace, freedom, and strive for optimum health. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Taina works with all areas of life: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. These are all areas in which she herself has dedicated many years of study and practice through several disciplines from around the world. Her clients report greater mental clarity, increased energy, less stress, weight loss, positive shifts in perspective, and greater productivity. Taina’s dedication has helped her clients successfully achieve their goals in health and wellness. By guiding them to uncover the power and intelligence that is already within and providing them with the tools to succeed, she helps them realize a healthier, happier and more empowered life.
