JRJR21 4 O&M 1 East Japan Railway Trading Co, Ltd.(EJRT) Various Roles (Sales / Project Management / HR) After graduating from university, joined EJRT and was assigned to the Leasing & Rental Division, where I was responsible for sales activities targeting companies within Group companies. Subsequently seconded to the group’s renewable energy subsidiary, where I served for two years as a Project Manager for onshore wind power projects in Japan. In this role, I managed project development and coordination activities. After returning from secondment, transferred to the Human Resources Department and spent one year handling recruitment and labor management operations. Japan Petroleum Exploration Co, Ltd. Renewable Energy Business Development (Wind, Battery Storage, Biomass fuel upstream investment) Initially engaged in wind power business development for nearly four years. As a development manager for both onshore and offshore wind projects in Japan, I was responsible for: • Early-stage project feasibility assessments • Coordination with local stakeholders and relevant authorities • Evaluation of acquisition opportunities for equity interests in operational projects • Management of external advisors conducting legal, tax, and technical due diligence Following a strategic shift within the company, transitioned to the development of large-scale grid-connected battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. Responsibilities included: • Preparation and submission of subsidy applications • Management of permitting and regulatory approvals • Oversight of operations and maintenance (O&M) activities Currently serving as Development Manager for upstream biomass fuel investment projects supplying domestic biomass power plants. Leading joint development discussions and strategic planning with prospective overseas partners.
