As a Senior Systems Product Owner Specialist at Horace Mann, I’m fortunate to combine my passion for lifelong learning and support for educators with delivering thoughtful, innovative solutions. Serving as a liaison between business and IT, I enjoy bridging strategy and technology - bringing the best of both worlds together. I bring experience in consulting, project management, process mapping, and documenting business and IT requirements, with a strong background in system implementations, test planning, UAT, QA, and training. Over the years, I’ve developed and led cross-functional meetings and strengthened my ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders. I hold both the Associate (ALMI) and Fellow (FLMI) designations from the Life Management Institute, reflecting deep knowledge of life insurance, financial services, and customer-centric practices. Whether it’s solving a complex workflow challenge, leading stakeholder sessions, or championing user-focused design, I strive to be a collaborative, reliable, and forward-thinking asset to my team, our customers, and the mission of Horace Mann.
