About Talitha Pegus

As an Interim Director, Employer Engagement at NPower Canada, I lead a team of professionals who connect our graduates with meaningful careers in the technology sector. I have a Social Service Worker degree from Centennial College, with a focus on Community Studies. I have been working at NPower Canada since June 2019, starting as a placement specialist and working my way to becoming a Interim Director in June 2023. I have over 5 years of experience in employer engagement, career development, and partnership building. I use my skills in team leadership, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce to manage and grow our network of employers, track and report on our outcomes, and ensure our graduates are well-prepared and supported for their job placements. I am passionate about empowering young people from underserved communities to access and succeed in the digital economy. I am also committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry and beyond.
