I am a highly dedicated and conscientious international nutritionist. I am a motivated professional who gives great consideration to her audience – whether to an individual or a larger group of people. I have a lifelong interest and passion in Nutrition and health coupled with a deep sense of responsibility to clients. I have habitually read, studied and listened to on-going nutrition research, topical debates and the evolution of the state of health of the populations in Western society to enable me to remain up-to-date in the field of Nutrition and therefore better ‘serve’ my clients safely and effectively. On a practical level, I excel at multi-tasking and organizing. I have excellent managerial skills, including time management, prioritizing and decision-making. I am a confident and competent communicator and educator and am able to inform, explain and motivate individuals and assist clients to achieve realistic goals and ultimately to empower them to improve their health and achieve a more ‘balanced’ lifestyle. I have lived and worked in the UK, North America, South Africa and Kuwait in both private companies and the voluntary sector gaining a greater and broader understanding and application of nutrition to my numerous international clients.
