About Tamara Chamcham

Working with cross-functional teams in an Agile and start-up like environments grew my passion for technology and product management and helped me become more versatile. Developing such competencies implies being more innovative, tech savvy and change-driven. I worked in the Tech industry for a long time tailoring seamless end-to-end customer experiences, building digital products & services and improving processes. Some of the projects I worked on include a CRM, a digital onboarding journey, a merchant implementation process and data dissemination portal. One of the things I love about being a product manager is the ability to work in diverse industries. In my previous roles, I was exposed to Retail Banking, Retail Financing, Wealth Management, Aviation and Auto Repair. More recently, I joined the Civic Tech industry where I am motivated by making a positive impact on people's lives. Right now, I'm exploring how I can leverage generative AI to improve my work and user experiences.
