I leverage my expertise in government and commercial contracting, the Ability One program, and workforce development to create and execute effective hiring, training, and retention programs that align with the company's vision and values. I also hold CPR and Mental Health First Aid certifications, which enable me to support the well-being and resilience of our associates and customers.
