About Tanja Vranic

In the last 15 years I have assessed, advised, supported and managed - content-wise as well as financially - a broad range of complex and innovative multi-stakeholders, interdisciplinary and international arts & culture and media grant-programs and projects worldwide, on behalf of various (inter)national funders, institutions and creative initiatives. Exploring new ideas, bringing different worlds and perspectives closer and making possible creative projects which connect people, have social relevance and impact, and improve our world with new ideas, visions and knowledge – is what drives and moves me. Spotting (exceptional) talent and potential of individuals, projects, institutions and initiatives to make an impact, is what I do best, where my talent lies. I also have a vast experience in co-creation of capacity building, research and monitoring and evaluation programs, international conferences and meetings, as well as in strategic planning and creation of new policies and programs. I think in possibilities and coordinate by facilitating and enabling collaboration, rather than leading. People say that I am energetic, passionate and committed; on one side analytical, accurate, diligent, with a sharp eye for detail, good in planning, organizing and getting things done; and on the other side creative and flexible, a quick thinker, anticipating problems and opportunities in advance and resourceful in creating solutions and in envisaging new possibilities. Integrity, openness, solidarity, fairness, sustainability and walking-the-talk are important to me. My hobbies are urban herbal gardening, yoga and writing. I have a vast worldwide network of creative professionals.
