About Tanner Henderson

In addition to my QA workload, I recently took on two AI-related projects as a Product Manager where I'm leading the discovery, ideation, and development to implement NLP into our eNPS product. My current role is a QA Analyst II at BambooHR, a leading HR software company, where I test and validate new features and enhancements for the product. I work with developers, product managers, and designers to create user stories, perform data analysis, and write technical documentation. I enjoy finding and resolving issues, ensuring quality and usability, and delivering value to customers. I obtained a degree in Information Systems from Utah Valley University, where I learned about the design, development, and management of information systems and technologies. I have a passion for technology and a goal to become a Product Manager, where I can leverage my interpersonal skills, sales abilities, and technical knowledge. I have previously worked as a sales representative at Aptive Environmental, where I mastered the art of door-to-door sales, and as a support team coach at Bluehost, where I developed strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
