I am an efficient development professional with resourceful skills of program implementation. I have around 30 years of professional experience in development of multiple sectors like Agriculture, Horticulture, Aquaculture, Livestock, and Poultry etc. I have more than 15 years of experience on Private Sector Development through Value Chain Development Approach. I am experienced in program implementation activities with World Bank Project, Blue Gold Program, Bangladesh Water Development Board, UKAID and AusAID funded Chars Livelihoods Program (CLP), USAID funded Poverty Reduction by Increasing Competitiveness of Enterprises (PRICE) project, DFID/KATALYST funded shrimp Market Development Project, FAO program, World Bank/GoB/GEF/DFID funded Fourth Fisheries Project, USAID funded GO – NGO/Private organization partnership Agricultural Technology Transfer Project (ATTP), DANIDA funded Mymensingh Aquaculture Extension Project, SIDE/NORAD funded Rural Employment Sector Program (RESP) and other donor funded projects at GOs and INGOs. My expertise includes program design, facilitation and coordination of project implementation activities, grant management with stakeholders, program budget preparation, administrative and financial management, capacity development, strengthening value chains through market systems approach, compliance of USDA/EU, rapport building with partners, private sector engagement, access to finance, situation analysis of stakeholders, negotiation, networking and communication, partnership development with private sectors and NGOs etc.
