About Tara Grude

I'm passionate about facilitating opportunities - to learn, experience, grow, and connect (with self and with others). I have lengthy experience developing and managing local programming for youth and adults, facilitating arts based experiences, promoting skill development in self-management (building resilience, confidence, self-compassion, stress management, communication, and anger-management), supporting marginalized communities and individuals, and in the inclusion of all levels of abilities. I have a host of experience in program and project development and management, have managed teams of staff and volunteers, and have maintained 2 entrepreneurial ventures. My career path has been eclectic, and because of this I've built a broad skill set and developed a highly organized, multi-tasking approach to achieving goals.
