With over 20 years of leadership experience, I strive to optimize strategies while remaining focused on financial and operations management. My passion is continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and functions to meet goals and improve outcomes. For over 10 years, I have developed skills and experience serving multiple Patient Access roles at different-sized HCA facilities. Exposure to different service lines has given me a solid, broad range of knowledge and network contacts. My strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and empathic nature have proven invaluable in healthcare leadership. I desire to make a positive impact both personally and professionally. I plan to take my skills to the next level through Six Sigma certification to improve processes for providers and patients.
