I was responsible for designing and launching the platform’s Artificial Intelligence developments and for introducing the supplier charging model, establishing a new revenue stream. Master’s degree in Production Engineering (Operations Research) from UFPR and Bachelor’s in Naval Engineering from UFSC. Lived in Mexico (internship at the Mexican Navy shipyard) and in the United States (work exchange in sales and customer service), experiences that strengthened my fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and broadened my multicultural perspective.
