I have an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Rasmussen University, which enables me to apply financial and analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient inventory reporting and forecasting. I also have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, which demonstrates my ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity. I have over four years of experience in inventory operations, starting as an Inventory Clerk and advancing to an Operations Supervisor and then an Inventory Supervisor at Kenco Group. I have successfully managed and supported several inventory-related projects, such as implementing a new inventory system, conducting physical inventory audits, and resolving inventory discrepancies. I have also developed and trained a team of inventory associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
