At age 12 I put "be the change you wish to see in the world," as my favorite quote on my Facebook profile. I have lived by this since that day.Hi, I'm Taylor, and I strive to change the world.That seems like a bold statement, and maybe it is, but I believe that if each of us aims to change even just our own portion of the world for the better, success is attainable. Through years of retail, hospitality, and customer service, I have been making an impact on the lives of those around me since I entered the workforce. I translate my goal of changing the world into having as many positive interactions with coworkers, customers, and guests as I possibly can. It is often said that people don't always remember what you said, but they remember how you made them feel. On my path to change the world, I apply this mantra. If a customer or coworker walks away from an interaction feeling positive, they will pass that positivity on to the next person. One positive conversation can change the entire course of a day.
