Hello! I'm Taylor, a people operations professional and HR nerd 🤓 Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! Something to know about me? I am on a mission to explore all seven continents and over 100 countries (33 and counting so far). Travel has fueled my curiosity about people— their passions, motivations, and how they connect with one another. Throughout my career journey within the customer service industry, I've gained valuable insights into recruiting, problem-solving, personnel development, leadership of diverse teams, and cross-functional collaboration. To me, nothing is more fulfilling than positively impacting the employee experience, which is why effective human resources strategy is so important. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact as a people-first leader, I pursued and earned both a SHRM-CP and a master’s degree in HR. This journey expanded my expertise in labor and employment law, personnel investigations, compensation and benefits administration, change management strategy, and organizational development. However, my strongest influence lies in cultivating competent teams in dispersed work settings, shaping culture, and fostering employee engagement within high-trust environments.
