About Taylor Strelinger

I bring nearly a decade of experience in designing and executing listening strategies, as well as project managing annual surveys and projects at Kincentric (formerly Aon and Modern Survey). Over the years, I successfully managed 10-12 projects annually, ranging from small initiatives to large-scale, global projects across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, law, and financial services. In each project, I led cross-functional teams, both internally and with clients, overseeing project plans and timelines, maintaining decision and risk logs, and advising clients on industry best practices. I also took charge of designing and implementing reporting platforms, delivering final products, conducting site navigation and methodology training, and creating executive briefings and reports that distilled key insights from the data. My career has been centered on building strong client partnerships, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring successful project implementations. I take pride in delighting clients and fostering long-term relationships that lead to client retention and additional business opportunities. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of managing, mentoring, and training junior project management professionals, helping them grow and develop in their careers.
