My fifteen years research expertise include, working on microbial strain isolation and engineering, enzyme engineering by chemical modification, protein engineering by recombinant technology, DNA sequencing, microbiomics library prepration at lab scale. i am also proficient in developing and applying programming tools for strain design and engineering to a diverse collection of microorganisms, applying bioinformatics tools to analyses the data.
