Over the next several years there were changes in industries and growing responsibilities. From technology to packaging, healthcare/medical equipment, background screening, and from individual contributor to manager and director responsibilities, what he learned from Sandler was always an influence in what he did and how he helped others. The Sandler influence led to Ted becoming a part of the Sandler network as an owner and trainer. Since 2015, he has helped business owners and executives, sales leaders, and individual contributors through training and coaching as a Sandler Trainer.
