Thirty years in Heavy Industrial Engineering, Procurement & Construction, domestic and international. Positions held included welder, pipefitter, supervisor, QA/QC Inspector, Chief Field Inspector, QA/QC Site Manager, Project Construction Manager, Technical Services Manager, and Corporate Quality Manager of Onshore Construction. Projects included refineries, chemical plants, power plants, cogeneration facilities and pipelines. Project locations included various U.S. locations, Venezuela, Syria, South Korea and Japan. Independent Construction Quality Consultant since 2018, working with chemical plants, healthcare facilities, churches and other non-profits throughout southeast Texas. Fifteen years as an ordained priest in the Episcopal Church, serving churches throughout the Episcopal Diocese of Texas. Responsibilities included leading worship services, pastoral care, community service, and general administration and oversight of church affairs. Also oversaw capital projects and new church plants. Ten years in law enforcement (overlapping church responsibilities), seven years as a licensed peace officer. Commissioned and employed by the Liberty County Sheriff's Office, currently holding the rank of Sergeant. Responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the Reserve Deputy Division, Honor Guard Unit, Mounted Posse Search & Rescue, Chaplain Corps and volunteer Citizens on Patrol program. Coordinator for Liberty County Crime Stoppers program. Member of and Agency Representative for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Represent this agency as member of the Child Fatality Review Board. Member of the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators. Senior Associate, International Conference of Police Chaplains.
