About Tejas Padte

With over six years of experience as a marketing manager at Mettler-Toledo, I apply my scientific background and business acumen to create and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation for laboratory instruments. I have an executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a PhD in chemistry from the University of Mumbai, which enable me to understand the needs and challenges of our customers and craft compelling narratives that showcase the value and innovation of our products and solutions. As a marketing manager, I lead multi-channel campaigns that target regulated industries like pharma and biotech, leveraging insights from market analysis and customer feedback. I collaborate with external agencies and global teams to produce creative and engaging content, such as online recommendation tools, PoS materials, webinars, and case studies. I also play a pivotal role in launching new products, positioning them as indispensable assets for scientific research and analysis. Through my work, I aim to contribute not only to the growth of Mettler-Toledo, but also to the larger vision of enhancing efficiency and impact in the scientific community.
