About Temoso Chiloane

At Solareff, my role as Construction Manager centers on steering photovoltaic installation projects through from start to finish, upholding our stringent quality standards, maintaining budgetary controls, and ensuring safety compliance. Our team is committed to delivering projects punctually, fostering client relationships, and managing resources effectively, all of which I support through adept project coordination and CRM strategies. My tenure at Solareff, preceded by a formative period at Ndlondlobala Holdings, has honed my expertise in managing complex construction schedules and upholding excellence on site. The successful execution of significant projects, such as the Reaikaga refurbishment, illustrates our collective ability to meet substantial challenges head-on, always with a steadfast commitment to renewable energy advancements and client satisfaction.
