About Terry Mitchell

Dr. Terry W. Mitchell is the founder and CEO of e-Selex.com. He received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ohio State University in 1982. His post-doctoral employment includes academic experience on the faculty in psychology at Rutgers University, industry experience as manager of the Career Profile system at the Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association (LIMRA), and commercial test publishing experience as director for the Business, Industry, and Government product line of The Psychological Corporation. Dr. Mitchell is nationally recognized as the leading authority on the practical use of biodata for personnel selection. He conducted a Master Tutorial on biodata development for the Annual Conference of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) in April 1996, and he gave the Opening Address at the national biodata conference held in October 1996 at the University of Georgia. He also conducted a pre-conference workshop entitled "Using the Internet to Advance Biodata for Selection Programs" at the 2001 SIOP meeting.
