About Terry Stevens

Terry works with executives and high potential leaders to clarify and explore the next level of their organizational, professional and personal development. She helps leaders, through individual coaching and work with teams, to build a sustainable and rewarding level of excellence and personal fulfillment. People appreciate the blend of backbone and heart that characterizes Terry’s coaching style. Terry has been on the front lines and in senior leadership roles within some of the world’s most admired companies for over twenty years (including Dun & Bradstreet, First Horizon and GE Capital) and she brings this knowledge and direct experience to her coaching. She has personally dealt with many of the challenges her clients face: clarifying vision and purpose, leading and driving change, mediating conflict, expanding influence and impact, cultivating executive presence, balancing competing demands and commitments and navigating workplace transitions. She notices what’s significant, but perhaps overlooked within systems, cultures and teams, brings these insights to the foreground and helps leaders to translate these into practical new capacities. Since founding her coaching business 10 years ago, Terry has coached clients in technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, aerospace, health care, telecom, management consulting, manufacturing and finance. She works with clients throughout the U.S. and abroad, including in Asia, South America, Europe and Canada. What's deeply gratifying to her is the way a single behavior change or shift in thinking yields significant impact over time for both leaders and those around them.
