My journey through the lubricants business units has enriched my knowledge across diverse industrial segments including Food, Energy, Power, Metals, Chemicals, Transports and Automotive, Cement, Materials and Textile. As a team leader, I’ve honed my soft skills, particularly in intercultural work with a specialty in Chinese culture and staff management. My ability to coordinate in large matrix organization contexts, build relationships, communicate effectively, and improve productivity are backed by my key skills in Innovation, Vision, and Strategy.
