Thomas served on the teams that established the first credit referencing operations in Ghana and Nigeria in August 2003 and September 2005 respectively. He specializes on Legal and credit risk management from a credit bureau perspective. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Ghana Banking College and Ghana Law School. He was head of Data Operations of the company where up helped with the setting up of bureau procedures of the company and to implement a Data Standard Template for Ghana and Nigeria Prior to this he was the Import Executive of Olam Ghana Ltd where he was actively involved in the restructuring the import operations of the company. I lead the sales team attain the level that XDS Data Ghana Limited has reached.
