About Thomas Bosson

After running my own business in the plant-based culinary world, I’ve chosen to fully commit to completing my Master’s in Food Technology. I started it part-time, and now I want to give it my full focus. This year (and the next) is about deepening my expertise. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of food science, physics, data and sustainability. With prior experience in R&D, I’m now building on that foundation. I bring a mix of technical knowledge, creativity and practical insight. I hold a BSc in Food Technology, have hands-on experience in product and recipe development and statistical inference. I’m not returning to entrepreneurship. What I’m looking for next is a structured, collaborative environment where I can do focused work with purpose. While I’ve stepped away from the kitchen professionally, I still believe food should surprise and delight. That sense of curiosity, creativity and care stays with me. Whether I’m analysing food or cooking at home. I might occasionally take on small side projects if they fit well with my schedule and interests. But for now, my priority is finishing my degree.
