Being someone who is passionate about growing teams, I always strive for motivating and encouraging my staff members and colleagues to improve their work standards and remained focused on accomplishing the assigned tasks before deadlines. To serve others in a welcoming manner was always my passion, and for this purpose, I took care of the overall management of the restaurant, including menu improvement, pricing, operational procedure development, and restaurant workflow planning.
