I´m an innovation practioner! I do innovations as well as managing the conditions for innovation to happen, i.e the innovation eco-system. I firmly believe that driving innovation is not about managing technology. It is about managing peoples energy. Not only the innovators but also the stakeholders. To do this we must create not only a willingness but also the ability to innovate. Some of the essential ingredients is a sense of community sharing a common direction, a purpose, but with different perspectives. It is about allowing debate and arguments. This combined with a mindset of momentum, make things real i.e. prototyping in a environment of discovery driven learning involving stakeholders. And finally, delivering the story that makes the difference!
