Background
About Thomas Mason
I am an Applied Theatre practitioner and outreach worker currently working throughout Essex and London. I have an MA in Applied Theatre from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with a focus on social exclusion and community integration. My passion is in community engagement and rehabilitation through the arts, and I have experience in multiple areas including project management/delivery, fundraising, facilitation, and administration. My ethos is aim big and scale back if necessary! I love to work as part of a team to bounce ideas, and I am a huge advocate for participants/communities taking the lead on projects in order to make them as self-sustainable and meaningful as possible.
