About Thomas Min

After a career as a police staff officer and having served as a commissioned Infantry officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, I now serve as a staff instructor consultant in the Office of Antiterrorism Assistance of the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security. I am court-recognized as an expert in international police standards and procedures, and CSI procedures. I also have considerable experience in police-media relations, law enforcement and university level instructional skills, and the recovery of human remains as well as training in international forensic death investigations (e.g. genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity). I am open to offers for volunteer & /or limited-term law enforcement training and advisory positions, with a preference for the MENA and sub-Sahara regions, as well as the on-site or remote preparation of training needs assessments and training materials. I am also open for temporary/volunteer Human Rights and War Crimes investigation positions and for independent, objective inspections and reviews of law enforcement agencies worldwide. Finally, I am experienced in training and advising military units with an emphasis on infantry and leadership skills, as well as military training techniques.
