About Thomas Neve

With an outset in BtoB markets I succeed through a strong focus on customer and employee. I am a strong people leader and a team player. I believe that a uniform and coordinated effort will create better results. In diverse markets and businesses, I have managed my departments with clear goals, continuous analysis, and leadership. The logical outset is the value creation for the customer and my employer. My Work has been centered around project sales and subscription based business models targeted at complex BtoB and wholesale customers, including Sales Management and Commercial product management. I am professional and analytical in my role as a sales leader, enabled by an active responsibility-taking in the sales process as moderator or deal maker. I have many years of sales- and management experience from the IT and telco business, where focus has been on the customers' digitization and service concepts. I have also worked with export sales in Trading and production Companies in other sectors. I am a generalist in the sense that my most important competences can be applied across sectors and in my interest for the holistic business. I work independently on an operational, tactical and strategic level. I apply leadership through open, direct and trustworthy communication.
