My name is Tom, I've worked for Blizzard on the Diablo IV project for over 3 years as a QA Test Analyst for the Tech Art team. I've also picked up supporting the Animation, Shop Art, and Performance teams. My primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining our test suites, creating test plans and test runs, create Jira tasks and schedule outsource QA to execute the test runs, support and communicate with outsource, and report results of the test runs to stakeholders. In addition I maintain and triage our bugs in the Jira database, identify and call out risks, and mentor associate analysts.
