I’ve spent the last 13+ years leading enterprise client success in a high-growth startup environment, operating at the intersection of client outcomes, revenue growth, and people leadership.I’ve owned long-term enterprise relationships that became referencable, advocacy-driven partnerships — contributing to millions of dollars in net new revenue through retention, expansion, referrals, and new business influence. Many of these clients went on to serve as event speakers and brand champions because of the trust built over time.As the organization scaled, my role evolved from leading clients directly to building and leading teams who could deliver consistent, trusted outcomes at scale. I established standards and leadership practices that allowed growth without sacrificing client experience.Alongside post-sale leadership, I have served as a Strategic Advisor in Sales, participating in hundreds of new pursuits over the years from both the Operational & Sales side. I helped shape deal strategy, finalist meeting narratives, executive positioning, and pricing by bringing the client perspective into the room and translating what prospects were saying — and not saying — into strategic growth decisions.I believe client success is a growth strategy, not a support function. When prospects and clients feel confident, understood, and valued, retention strengthens, expansion follows, and advocacy grows.
