About Tiffany D. Haddon

I’m a passionate advocate for college access, student success, and educational equity, empowering first-generation and underserved students to achieve their dreams. Currently serving as Success Program Manager at Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars, I lead initiatives that help students navigate the path to post-secondary education and persist through completion. My commitment to education advocacy is reflected in facilitating access to over $1 million in scholarships, underlining my drive to unlock students’ potential through education. My background spans program management, community engagement, instructional design, and team leadership - skills I’ve honed through my work with nonprofits, educational institutions, and youth organizations. I specialize in building relationships with students, families, and community partners to create programs that don’t just check boxes, but change lives. A recent transplant to Detroit, I’m eager to collaborate with local leaders, educators, and advocates who share my commitment to educational opportunity. I believe every student deserves access to the knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive—and I’m dedicated to making that a reality, one conversation and connection at a time. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about empowering the next generation, want to partner on college access initiatives, or just want to talk about helping students reach their full potential! When I’m not working, you’ll find me teaching Bible basics to women and young adults, experimenting with vegan baking, or helping others grow fresh food in small spaces.
