I am an alumni at the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology and Clinical Psychology. My academic pursuits are driven by a passion to understand the intricate biological and psychological factors that influence human health. I have experience in a Neuroscience laboratory at UCSD's School of Medicine, where I engage in cutting-edge research aimed at advancing treatments for neurological conditions. This hands-on experience allows me to stay at the forefront of medical science while deepening my understanding of how to improve patient outcomes.In addition to my research, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and volunteer at a local hospital, where I gain invaluable direct patient care experience. These roles enable me to develop a compassionate, patient-centered approach to medicine while honing practical skills that complement my academic training.My diverse background in molecular biology, psychology, and clinical care equips me with a unique perspective on health and healing, and I am eager to continue integrating these experiences as I pursue a career in medicine.
