About Tiffany Schuster

Education empowers us to further develop our skills and enhances our work performances. Through my career, I have increased efficiencies with the integration of technology, streamlined financial processes, and introduced new innovative ways of the work environment throughout my career. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Accounting in the traditional setting at the University of Louisville. Shortly after completing this degree I began to take steps to further my education in obtaining my Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). Feeling great accomplishment, I went back to school at IWU and obtained an additional Master’s degree in Accounting. In 2013 I completed the Masters of Science in Accountancy (MSA) graduate degree program and now have a doctorate in accounting Doctorate in Accounting (DBA).I can convey a personal and actual perspective to each accounting, finance, and business course. Working in the finance field and holding an advanced degree in accounting, my contribution is to enhance growth and development.I have a unique skill set that sets me apart from the typical accountant, where I have a strong IT background. I incorporate both the accounting skills and mirror that with the IT needs of the department. Several accomplishments I have created to empower our team to advanced automation, from that of a manual processing standpoint to a database I create to automate processes. Specialties: Database coding, public speaking, financial management, financial planning, project management, Six-Sigma Green Belt, decision-making, strategic management, and budgeting / planning.
