An experienced senior executive with varied skill sets developed in operational, general management, project management, multi-site management, start-up ventures, business development, technical advisory roles and leading multi-disciplinary teams, gained from 7 years R&D, 7 years BD & L and 7 years general management in the pharmaceutical industry and most recently from 6.5 years supporting the growth of High Value Manufacturing and Service companies in New Zealand via technology transfer. I have a proven track record of working very effectively in a variety of international and multicultural environments; skilled at combining strong interpersonal and operational skills to identify key issues quickly, communicate solutions coherently and implement strategic decisions effectively.
