About Tim Collins

After 30+ years of service to P&G and IBM, mostly as an HR executive, I retired from IBM at the end of 2014. For 3.5 years, I had an #encorecareer as Director and Regional Advancement Officer at my alma mater, Transylvania University, a nationally-ranked liberal arts college in Lexington, KY. I had my second encore as Human Resources Director at Kanuga Camps and Conferences, Inc. Established in 1928 and affiliated with The Episcopal Church, Kanuga is a conference, retreat, meeting center and camp serving guests annually. My third post-retirement career is a part-time role as Executive Consultant, Talent + Culture at Craft HR Solutions, LLC.
