As Founder and President of Genesis Reliability Group, I have developed a patented and proven evaluation/analytical tool,(“G.R.E.A.T.”) tool, for refineries and petrochemical plants. Information discovered with this tool encompasses my 40 years of experience in implementing operational excellence best practices. I utilize information discovered with the tool, and in conjunction with my operational excellence experience and collaborative consulting style, help plant leadership teams achieve impactful results, results that exceed all stakeholders’ expectations. Genesis Reliability Group’s enhanced operational excellence continuous improvement process provides deliverables generated via the patented and proven “G.R.E.A.T.” tool. When I engaged with a refinery leadership team, we discovered the following: 1) A business case to justify allocating resources to their continuous operational excellence improvement initiative. Return on Investment (ROI) of $25.2 M 2) A path to reducing the risk of achieving the ROI. A payback period of 6 months to a year. 3) GRG’s patented leading continuous improvement indicators for staying on the path to achieving safe, sustainable CDU charge rate goals.
