About Tim Heesom

After hanging up my Royal Marines Commando beret, I didn't really retire; I just switched battlefields. Now, I'm on a mission to empower folks to unlock their true potential, both in fitness and in life. With over a decade in the trenches of the fitness industry, I've worn many hats: from a hands-on sports and fitness coach, a personal trainer who won't let you quit, a gym manager making sure everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine, to a college advisor guiding the next generation towards their dreams in sports and fitness. Outside the gym, I've taken on a role that hits close to home - working as a PSA at a primary school. Here, I support neuro-diverse kids, helping them navigate their day-to-day with understanding and patience. This role has given me a unique perspective on the power of inclusivity and the importance of creating a supportive environment for all types of learners. Additionally, I lead after-school physical literacy clubs, where the focus is on fun, engagement, and developing a love for movement that kids can carry into adulthood. It’s not just about coaching; it’s about inspiring a new generation to find joy in being active, laying the groundwork for a lifetime of health and fitness.The discipline and resilience I honed in the Marines are the same qualities I bring to coaching. I've discovered that the real magic happens when you push just past what you thought were your limits. My goal? To light that spark within others, helping them soar higher than they ever imagined. As a college advisor, I get a kick out of steering students through the maze of their academic and career paths, right into the heart of the sports and fitness world.I firmly believe everyone has the strength within them to elevate their health and fitness game.
