About Tim MacFarlane

I am a highly creative, adaptive individual who consistently goes above and beyond to serve clients and colleagues. The feedback I receive from those I work with testifies to this and motivates me to maintain a high level of customer service. In my work with students, I am able to empathize with the challenges they face, and to help them move toward their desired goals in a way that empowers them, keeps them accountable, and minimizes barriers. I am also a conversationalist. I pride myself in my ability to engage others and develop quick rapport. This is partly a product of personality, and was developed through years in sales and service roles. My creativity comes out in my ability to try new initiatives in the work place, to redesign existing templates and processes, and refining what already works to make it more effective and efficient. My faith and values make me strive to live with integrity, to treat others with respect, and to value them as individuals.
