I have always been purposeful with my career direction and have changed from Distribution and Retail sales leadership to Product Ownership and Technology and Transformation Delivery. This has enriched my job satisfaction by increasing the scale of what I contribute to, and the amount of customers I have a positive impact on. Developing the lending solution for a Private Equity backed home ownership investment solution for essential workers and launching a new Mobile Banking App have been two of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I’m a driven professional with extensive experience leading positive outcomes during times of great change. Depth of experience leading high performing teams, designing, and implementing solutions to complex problems, process improvements and governance. Highly adept at applying fit-for-purpose strategies, engaging stakeholders and managing risk to produce successful outcomes. An analytical thinker with strong communication skills, often acting as a change leader for successful achievement of enterprise strategic goals.
