I’ve spent my career tackling complex problems, leading teams, and figuring out how to make things work better. After more than 25 years in lending—where I managed everything from business growth to risk assessment and compliance—I made the leap into consulting. Now, as Vice President of Business Development & Project Management at Fidelis Associates, I help companies streamline operations, execute major projects, and solve real-world challenges. The transition from lending to consulting has been an exciting shift. At Fidelis Associates, I get to work across industries, including, among others, oil & gas, manufacturing, and defense, helping clients improve efficiency, manage risk, and implement new technologies. No two days are the same, and that’s what keeps me engaged—I’m always learning, whether it’s about a new industry, a unique challenge, or a better way to solve a problem. At the heart of my career is a simple approach: build strong relationships, ask the right questions, and get things done. Whether it’s leading a team through a major project, developing a new strategy, or stepping in to solve a problem, I believe success comes from clear thinking, practical solutions, and working with the right people.
