I thrive in the dynamic world of data center infrastructure and eagerly take on the challenge of solving our most difficult problems. I build wide networks of trust-based relationships and consult on process changes, qualities that enable me to strategically invest in innovative ways to bring the environment to the next level. I began my IT career as an entry-level technician and quickly evolved my role from selling and installing infrastructure to procuring, managing, and eventually orchestrating global engagements for a Fortune 500 enterprise. This hands-on, ground-up experience with all aspects of data center operations allows me to find out-of-the-box solutions to improve, accelerate, and empower our workforce to deliver even more value. My contributions were recognized by the Vice Chairman and former President of NetApp after I completed a critical power maintenance and data center move project for Cisco. He thanked me for taking ownership of the project, compliments that were mirrored by my cross-functional counterparts in the sales organization. Career Highlights: UNBROKEN RECORD OF SUCCESS: Over seven years, I completed 800+ implementation and decommission projects, as well as upgrade projects—all with minimal (.01%) service interruptions. I go beyond our clients’ expectations to ensure every detail—down to the smallest item—is optimized for best performance. GLOBAL COLLABORATION: At NetApp, I serve as the linchpin among diverse sales professionals, system engineers, leasing partners, and banks to manage an incredibly complex global environment. I’ve led projects in ten different countries on four continents, and developed relationships that I still call on today. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: I also bring a long record of implementing more-efficient, cost-effective, and higher-quality processes. For example, I reduced a key upgrade process time by half, enabling the team to handle 20+ upgrades (up from just two) in one change window.
