About Timo Lemke

I am an industrial engineer with structured and analytical problem-solving skills enabling me to solve multidimensional challenges. In my everyday working life, I thrive on collaborating with and continuously learning from a wide range of functions and experts to find the best solution. I have been further refining and putting these acquired skills into practice by shaping and executing the shift from the combustion engine industry to an electric future of transportation. Throughout my career I gained experience in leading complex projects within globally established OEMs as well as fast growing automotive suppliers. As project manager and leader, I always see the holistic picture and understand the needs of the internal and external customers first. Then I work hard to ensure the fulfilment of those needs. My experience of studying (U.S, Germany) and working (Thailand, Japan, Sweden, Germany) abroad helped me to develop and further improve my intercultural competencies. During my industrial engineering studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology I acquired theoretical and analytical skills to apply them not only to the current challenges a company faces in the VUCA-world, but also to the future opportunities a company has.
