After 20 years in the corporate environment, both in sales and as a learning and development consultant, I partner with senior leadership teams to navigate organisational change, foster effective leadership, and cultivate high-performing teams. My approach is to leverage evidence-based methodologies, drawing on both academic research and my own extensive experience in driving successful team dynamics. This blend of theoretical understanding and practical application enables me to tailor interventions to the specific needs and challenges of each team, promoting growth and transformation. I focus on equipping leaders with the tools and strategies to lead through change, mentor and inspire their teams, and ultimately achieve remarkable results. I have always had a keen interest in sport, both playing, coaching, and managing. In addition to my corporate experience, my passion for sport extends to empowering women within sports governance. I am one of the leaders of the "Women in Sports Academy" programme, a bespoke initiative designed to equip women with the skills and confidence to effect meaningful change within their respective sports organisations and national governing bodies. The programme provides a supportive environment where participants can build essential leadership capabilities, explore new possibilities.
